Club Events Brummagem Screwdriver Challenge - 8 March 2010 There will be no meeting on Tue 9 March as we are heading to Drayton Manor Park where we are partaking in the Brummagem Screwdriver Challenge against Tamworth Anker. Time 7pm for 7.30pm. The challenge is Pub Games etc. the same as last year at our club. Complete the members' form in The Red Book if you are intending to take part. Speaker Tom Phillips - Chocolatier - 23 March 2010 Our speaker for 23 March will be Tom Phillips - chocolatier - who will demonstrate making chocolates, with a chocolate for everyone attending.  He has been asked to bring one of his Easter eggs to auction. Tom has a good website if you want any info. Of course partners are invited. Curry Evening in aid of Foundation - 4 May 2010 The curry evening will be on Tuesday 4th May at JILABI RESTAURANT,2065 Coventry Rd, Sheldon, Birmingham, B26 3DY. Time is 7 for 7:30pm. Max 40 people, so book early. All profits to Rotary Foundation 'Alo Alo' at The Priory Theatre, Kenilworth - 10 May 2010 We are selling tickets for this event at £10 per ticket. President's and Celebrity evening with Don McLean - 18 May 2010 On 18 May there will be a combined President's and Celebrity speaker evening. Our speaker will be Don McLean. Don is a well known comedian and after dinner speaker. Many will know him from his radio work, appearances in Birmingham pantomimes, his writings and comedy performances. Tickets will be £23. Meriden Motorcylce Megaride - 27 June 2010 The club is holding the "Meriden Motorcycle Megaride" event again this year on 27 June 2010. It promises to be a big event and all members are asked to help with the organisation. Neville Riley is the co-ordinator so all enquiries to him.
