Santa at Blooms Garden Centre A show of pictures of those visiting Santa at Blooms Garden Centre. This slide show has music, which you can turn off by clicking the headphone button. You can also stop, move a picture forward and backward. Brummagem Screwdriver challenge On 8 March 2011 the Meriden club challenged the Tamworth Anker club to a set of games in order to obtain the coveted “Brummagem Screwdriver”. Visit to Mayor of Solihull - 22 Feb 2011 On 22 Feb 2011 members of the Rotary club of Meriden and Knowle & Dorridge visited the Mayor of Solihull, Ian Courts, at the Civic Centre. Speakers  2009 - 2010 A photographic diary of our speakers during the Rotary  year 2009-2010. Charity  for  2008-2009 - DebRA Presentation  of the cheques to DebRA. One cheque was presented during a "Celebrity  Speaker" evening and the final one presented recently. Jazz on  the Lawn Our main fundraising event for 2008-2009 was held at Meriden Hall in association with Meriden Festival. Even though  the weather was not brilliant, it was a great success. A "Shelter Box"  was on show for our guests to see Rotary International in action. 2009 Convention hosting On 21 June we hosted an evening's hospitality for a group of delegates from the 2009 Convention held in Birmingham.
